She moved to Canada in 2016 with her two young children and entered the mortgage industry in 2018 — and in 2023 was named an excellence awardee for Young Achiever of the Year at the Canadian Mortgage Awards.
She specialises in financing income properties, helping real-estate investors across the country launch and scale their portfolios. Joanna is fluent in every investment strategy and pairs that with a sharp awareness of leverage risk, structuring trustworthy financing that helps clients reach their goals while keeping costs down.
